This is the highest-leverage asset in the whole campaign. Every landscaper in the state wants this and nobody is handing it out. It earns opens from Tier B and C who don't care about a seam tool yet, and it makes you the useful vendor instead of the sixth cold email that week.

Tier A Phone Blitz

Sam calls Tier A personally. Installer-to-installer is the entire advantage — you are not a salesperson, you are a contractor who solved this. Keep it under two minutes.

Goal of the call is not a sale. It's permission to text the video. Texted video links from a real cell number get watched.

The Money Email

Now that they've seen the seam disappear, make it arithmetic. This is where the price stops mattering.

Parallel track that scales faster than one-to-one. Instead of 500 installers, sign the people who already sell to all 500:

• Turf distributors serving Colorado — the supply houses Front Range crews buy rolls from. Offer dealer margin and a demo unit.
